Aspen Property Mgnt

The board of Persimmon Creek Service Corporation has selected Aspen Property Management to provide the day today services required to make the HOA effective. These service include Billing, collections, tax preparation, bill payments (IE. Electricity bills & contracted services), Homeowner inquiries, & deed restriction enforcement.  

It is no secret that your board would rather not to pay a property management company to do these services, however we do not have the community involvement necessary to perform these required tasks effetely with the limited amount of volunteers we have. 

Aspen is a local Elkton company located on Main Street down town.  Their door is always open if you have a question or concern that you want to discuss in person. They do weekly drive throughs of the community to check on the community and document and issues that arise.
